Just bad service. The lady would clean the pool but couldn't answer any direct questions about complications with the pool. In order to get things addressed it was with her husband who then charged us to write up a report. They would try to charge us ridiculous amount of money for supplies or to set up the pool system in our phones. I wouldn't recommend.

Having Luke Pool Service help with your pool will be the BEST investment you can make! I've tried other services in the north metro area, which led to frustration and a bit of disappointment at times. Luke has been maintaining and improving my pool for the past year and it has been a true stress reliever!!!!! They are very responsive and extremely knowledgeable...I'm looking forward to enjoying my heated, salt water pool with no hassle; thanks to Luke and team!!!!

Luke and his team have been very professional with their service from the start. I was skeptical about hiring a pool service company as I thought I could do it on my own, but Luke Pools has made my life so much easier, not to mention my pool is as clear as we've ever seen it. They have been patient, informative and very helpful to us and I am very happy we have them servicing our pool!

Absolutely terrible. They charge for services not rendered, don't complete work that has been paid for and generally like to give clients the run around for basic things. Beware of this business!
