I recently needed to come up with a tree in an absolute hurry to satisfy an HOA hate group. Megan at The Sprucery was heaven sent! She went above and beyond to get me everything I needed unplugging the posts, ties, and soil and even lent a hand to load. When seemingly everyone else was attempting to ruin my day Megan made it for sure. I highly recommend this business for outstanding customer service even when my "project" was minor. We'll repeat business here just for the down to earth people.

Over the years have made several purchases with these guys and always liked the selection and thought I appreciated the customer service. However last fall right before they closed for the season we purchased a crabapple that was planted right away and it died over the winter. I called twice to ask if they would be willing to give some sort of credit and they said they would call me back and they never did. I get it if you dont return a single call but to not call me back twice after saying a manager will get back to me is poor customer service. Ill spend my money elsewhere

We were notified by our HOA that 2 trees in the front yard died (yes, we see them too). We also had 2 in the backyard that died. We contracted with the Sprucery to have 4 trees planted, 4 rose buses, and 2 Barberry bushes planted. Four days after the Crabapple, Radiant MS tree was planted, the leaves turned yellow (with spots). I contacted the garden center, they provided me with the warranty email address. A week later I still have not heard back (yes, we purchased a $195 year warranty for this $449.99 tree). Disappointed that we have not yet been contacted. Not happy!

My husband and I just went to try and get help with our front yard landscape. We really dont know much about plants, bushes, etc so we really needed help getting our vision to come to life. Megan helped us SO much and had the absolute best customer service!!! The nursery itself had such a great selection of everything, but Megan really helped us picture exactly what we wanted and how our yard was going to look. She even took the time to write down on our drawing which plants went where so we remembered when we got home! We definitely recommend coming here and we will definitely be back when

Awesome selection of trees and super knowledgeable staff. Weve gotten at least six trees from The Sprucery and have always enjoyed the experience. The planting crew is super professional, and its very impressive to see the size of tree that they can plant. Also, its a lot of fun to ride around in a buggy and check out all of the different trees.
