Great selection of plants - they are a little pricey but good quality and unique compared to big box stores - but service generally is the same as a big box store. Some people are great and others are terrible. They need to do a better job of weeding out the bad apples they have that work there. This has always been an issue there. Ive shopped at City Floral for 20 years and spent 1-2K/year on average but at times ask myself why, given how inconsistent and sometimes inconsiderate the service can be. Smiling and being friendly isnt that difficult to do. I do it in my business all of the time

Awesome staff! The property was clean, and organized. Stu was very helpful, and knowledgeable about any question I had about caring for ALL my plants! They even carried my purchases to the car for me- Top notch / well done! I will be returning to the shop in the springtime! Thanks!

The displays are beautifully arranged. The flowers are showcased by types. The quality is better than retail stores, thus a bit more expensive.
