Water Damage

Our rapid response team removes standing water using truck-mounted vacuums, dries structures with industrial equipment, and prevents mold growth through immediate moisture elimination. We handle all water types including sewage and floodwater, restoring properties to pre-damage condition while maintaining safety standards.

Mold Remediation

Certified technicians identify moisture sources, contain affected areas with HEPA filtration, and employ dry ice blasting for thorough mold elimination. We offer third-party testing verification and protective sealant applications for crawl spaces, ensuring complete remediation and prevention of future growth.

Sewage Damage

Specialized teams handle sewage spills using OSHA-compliant protocols, including PPE usage and EPA-registered disinfectants. We remove contaminated materials, sanitize affected areas, and restore structural integrity while preventing cross-contamination through strict containment procedures.

Dry Ice Blasting

This chemical-free method uses compressed air to propel ice pellets that remove mold and contaminants without residue. Ideal for sensitive environments, it preserves surface integrity while achieving complete remediation, eliminating the need for secondary cleanup associated with traditional abrasive techniques.

Fire Damage

We combine thermal imaging with moisture mapping to identify hidden damage, using specialized equipment to remove soot and odors. Our process includes content cleaning, structural drying, and odor neutralization to restore properties affected by fire and smoke damage.

Jennifer's team was incredible. We called at 9:30pm on a Friday for a flood that involved an upstairs washing machine leak that caused the kitchen below to flood. Her team was on the scene an hour and 20 mts later. They worked to get the area dried and repaired including flooring, painting and sheet rock within 5 days! She handled the paperwork directly with the insurance company. What a blessing and world class responsiveness!!!

Working with Jennifer and her team Flood X was the best decision I made. Not only did they treat my hardwood floors that was damaged due to a water flood but replaced the wood and restained the floors making my house look brand new increasing the value of my home. Flood x is by far the best at flooring and restaning and handling mold and mildew. Jennifer and her team really cared about all my concerns and became friends.
