Services
About Us
Horizon Plumbing Service is a residential plumbing company that has serviced the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex for over 40 years. We're the local tankless water heater experts and have handled DFW's plumbing problems with integrity and upfront pricing. While a lot of plumbers are trained to be good salesmen, we consider ourselves plumbers first, and won't try to sell you anything you don't need.
Bathroom Remodeling
Horizon Service plumbers are skilled professionals fully licensed to handle a variety of plumbing services, plumbing installation, and repair needs. At Horizon our goal is to get it right the first time. If your problem comes back within 60 days, we will come out and fix it again free of charge. We promise we are plumbers, not salesmen, providing what you need and nothing unnecessary while still going above and beyond your expectations.
Leak & Locate
Locating & repairing leaks can be as simple as replacing a pipe, or, in some situations, a very intensive demolition job. If it's the latter, Horizon has a solution for homeowners that won't involve destruction of your floors. Our licensed plumbers have been locating leaks across North Texas for 40 years and can locate your leak and repair it promptly with a lot less hassle than our competitors.
Slab Leak Repair
Over the past 40 years, Horizon Plumbing Service has seen their fair share of DFW homes decimated by slab leaks, and it's always a tragedy to the homeowner. Slab Leaks can be hard to sense, unless the leak is rather large. Don't let that leak destroy your foundation, let Horizon save your property.
Leak Detection System
Avoid potential "gotchas" or surprises on your water bill when coming home from vacation. The smart water valve has three sensors that actively monitor water flow, pressure, and temperature to protect your home from potential leaks and burst pipes. Use your smartphone to get alerts and turn your water on or off from anywhere in the world!
Water Heaters
Horizon Plumbing Service are your local water heater installation experts. We've been fixing North Texas plumbing problems from drips and leaks to installing gas or electric water heaters for over 40 years. We're prompt plumbers with integrity, and we can get the job done right the first time. Horizon Plumbing Service services the entire Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex.
Tankless Water Heaters Electric
For non-gas powered homes, we recommend the TruTankless Vero which provides the same or better quality than any top-of-the-line tankless gas water heater. Whether you own a gas or non-gas home, the video above shows how the TruTankless can work for you. Watch as our very own Troy Koopman (General Manager of Horizon Plumbing) guides you through his perspective of the TruTankless which he uses in his own home.
Water Heater Booster
If you have family members who enjoy long hot showers, you probably have experienced frustration and discomfort when the hot water runs out. Many homeowners are surprised to learn that a quick shower uses 10 or more gallons of hot water from a standard hot water tank. Thus, it's easy to calculate how quickly a household can use up a tank of hot water if showers are extended or if hot water is also being used for other appliances.
Tankless Maintenance
Horizon has been around for over 40 years serving the greater DFW metroplex with outstanding service. We are the tankless water heater experts of DFW, and have serviced 25,000+ homes across Dallas/Fort Worth with general plumbing services, as well as 5,000+ tankless water heaters. If you need your tankless water heater maintained, repaired, or replaced, we're the experts for you.
Water Softening
It's gloom and grime when you see this on your faucets. And the fault lies within the water itself. Hard water is your average tap water which is full of calcium and magnesium (among other chemicals). These two elements create the lime-green deposits on your appliances. Did you know that getting a water softener is one of the best investments a homeowner can make?
