Lee came to look at our gas fireplaces to see why they were not working as well as they use to. He was friendly and professional. He serviced the fireplaces, cleaned them and now they are working perfectly and look beautiful! I probably shouldnt wait so long before having them serviced by a professional next time!

I cold-called this plumber based exclusively on their location and Google reviews, and I am absolutely thrilled with their responsiveness, courteousness and quality of work. It started with a VERY knowledgeable person who took my call. She is obviously experienced and knows great details about all sorts of plumbing activities and situations. She took the time to give me a VERY detailed review of various toilets and why certain ones work the way they do, and she secured one specific for my job virtually while we were on phone.
Then, Lee came and installed a new main shut-off, a new kitchen sink

Had a consultation/ 2nd opinion call with Caleb the other day. He spent nearly 20 minutes talking with me about a unique problem I was having in my basement and gave me potential solutions and ideas to fix the problem. I had previously been working with another company and he did not try to push his business on me. Because of previous quoted prices he even encouraged me to continue using their services so long as I was happy.
