Eric and Dallas came by on time and was very helpful in describing
our problem, we realized that my tub needed to be removed and it was more work than Midwest can do at this time. They were willing to replace new shut off valves in the other bathrooms and even put on a new bathroom countertop for me. As a women, I felt comfortable with them in the house and honest with their recommendations.

Josh phoned ahead and was on time. He was respectful, friendly, polite, and thorough with his work. Josh explained everything he observed and what maintenance was performed.
