Sam Eckert and the Hot Tub Superstore are top notch. We emailed back and forth with Sam for a couple weeks talking through all the options and what was available in stock vs ordering. Sam was on it and patient with us. And NO pressure. We finally had a phone call to firm up the order and set up delivery. We couldnt be happier with our Vita Spa Monarque. The build quality is great with good features and no gimmicky add-ons. Id would definitely recommend working with the Hot Tub Superstore and Sam if you have the opportunity.

Zack totally gained our trust and confidence the first time we met. We had never owned a hot tub before and he assisted it helping us pick the one that best fit our needs and wants. He didnt rush us into our decision and answered all our questions. After installation he came to our home to run us through our features and double check that we were satisfied. I strongly recommend Hot Tub Superstore and Zack!!!

I have the WORST experience with SCOTT. The service caused my rubber headrest to disintegrating. The service person never even informed me, I found out when I opened the tub to use it. Scott- is 100% A- WALLED. Not returning calls or e-mails. Do not recommend them at all.

Great Customer service Zack was very knowledgeable and guided me through the selection of my first hot tub. Prices are better here than at other stores. No annoying salesperson pressure. He put together a couple offers and I went with the best one to suit my needs. Delivery will be a few months and I'll post a review for that as well. I would definitely buy from and refer to them again.

Hello, my name is Richard. We purchased a Vita spa 100 series hot tub from the HOT TUB SUPERSTORE. Our experience through the whole process, which included the shopping, hot tub educational info, selection, customization, ordering, delivery and setup (phases) were awesome. Zack our sales rep and the staff were more than helpful and were always there for us through the whole process and even now they have been available and very helpful with our operations and water chemistry questions. I recommended them to my neighbors and they bought one as well. The even gave us a $100 store credit for our recommendation

We enjoyed our entire experience from start to finish with Hot Tub Superstore.
Sam, our sales agent was very patient and knowledgeable as we looked at all the models on the floor. We chose the Elegant. The price was better than other places for a lesser spa. The Spa was delivered on time and we love it!
Sam even came out to the house after it was installed and walked us through everything we needed to know about the sanitizing etc. If you are looking for a Hot Tub then I highly recommend that you check them out.
