I ordered a SofTub over the phone last winter (I can't remember the name of the man I spoke with but he was very friendly and knowledgeable). Due to COVID and increased demand there was about a 6 month wait, so I put down my deposit and forgot about it. Two days ago I got a call from Koa that my tub was here and he could deliver it that day! Kind of felt like getting a surprise Christmas gift in July . I'm now enjoying my new tub, and it was totally worth the wait

I wanted a nice hot tub for my lady last Christmas . I picked up a super nice tub from Glenn . They delivered it and hooked it up at a really great price . Since then they are always available with any questions or concerns . These guys are top notch !! Highly recommend ! A+++

My boyfriend and I went in and Nick was super helpful in answering our questions. He not only gave us super helpful information but took the time to make sure we understood all the steps and the necessary tools to take care of our tub. He obviously cares about the work he does at the hot tub place and moving forward this will be our one and only hot tub stop.

By far the best hot tub place in Sonoma County. Everyone is knowledgeable about hot tubs and they have a lot of varieties to choose from. I like the soft tubs a lot, and they are good for smaller spaces.

All I can say is thank you to Nick and Koa!!!
Took my soft tub motor in to A Hot Tub Place to have the power cord replaced (puppy chewed through it). While it was there they asked if I wanted to get the motor serviced (not a sales pitch but as an awareness of owning it). They already had my unit in the shop so figured it wasn't a bad idea. Super reasonably priced and super knowledgeable. A few weeks later the breaker would pop as soon as I plugged it in. Not sure if it was coincidental or what. Called and spoke to Nick, as he assured me he would figure out what was going on... Many things
