We live well out of the range but yet NVHT has always worked with us from installing our new hot tub and covanna cover to getting items for repair and maintenance. Excellent service from owner to installation crew.

I rarely review companies but I could not help myself this time. Run away as fast as you can. This company made us wait four weeks for an appointment and then the day before they were supposed to show up decided that the work was beyond their skill set and canceled the appointment putting us for four weeks behind getting it repaired by a reputable company. Lois could have cared less And the person who was supposed to come and do the service is completely unreliable. Cancelled the appointment as if it was nothing. No apology no remorse just find somebody else to do the work. I highly recommend you

I had Steve come out to our home in Fairfield on Aug 14 to look into a leak in our hot tub. He told us that he needed to order a part in order to fix the issue and would get back to us the next day. After a week and half, still no word so I called and spoke to another rep who tried to make contact with Steve to no avail but said that he would have Steve call me back. Aug 30 I called them once again and spoke to Lois and asked to check the status of the part, etc; that she would pass the message along to Steve. By Sept 1st, I had had enough of the run around and decided to try another local company
