This review will be for the retail store, and not pool service. I came into the supply store with only a few days to figure out what to do for a pool on the family home about to be sold. The pool was clean, but within a week had turned a lime green and would be hard to pass inspection. Within a few minutes the friendly employee took the sample and recommended a treatment to get this looking good again. It turns out a different type of algae had grown than I was treating for. After following the step by step instructions the pool is crystal clear after three days. I never knew I really needed

These guys always have my back. They've got me out of a bind so many times with both my hot tub and pool. Advice is always free and they never sell you anything you don't need. On top of all that, their prices are really fair so for me they're the only place to buy chems and accessories.

We are having issues with our pool, went in to carefree having no idea what we needed. We explained the issues we were having and the employee was as helpful, and informative as could be. He took the time to explain what we needed in detail and how to operate our water pump even though we purchased it elsewhere. Super friendly and helpful, will be purchasing all of our other pool necessities here.

It helps that I work super close to this place. Nice to be able to stop in real quick on my way home to grab anything I'm needing for my hot tub. The staff here seems to be super knowledgeable about all the products and chemicals. They can even recommend amounts and frequencies for the spa and pool chemicals you purchase. Today I went in because my hot tub bromine tablet dispenser broke. They had a few different styles to choose from.
I'll definitely be back next time I'm low on hot tub supplies.
