Custom Pool Design
We create bespoke swimming pools tailored to individual preferences and property specifications. Our design process incorporates 3D modeling, material selection, and functional planning for backyard entertainment. With over 40 years combined experience, our master builders implement innovative features like beach entries, tanning ledges, and integrated water features while ensuring structural integrity and code compliance.
Pool Renovations
Our renovation specialists modernize aging pools with surface resurfacing, equipment upgrades, and aesthetic enhancements. We address structural issues while incorporating energy-efficient systems like saltwater chlorinators and LED lighting. Projects include plaster replacement, tile restoration, deck repairs, and adding contemporary elements such as fiber optic lighting or vanishing edges to extend pool lifespan and increase property value.
Leak Detection
We employ advanced electronic equipment and pressure testing to identify underground pool leaks. Our technicians diagnose symptoms like unexplained water loss and wet areas around pool structures. Once located, we perform minimally invasive repairs to plumbing lines or pool shells, preventing further damage to surrounding landscapes and structures while restoring water efficiency.
Outdoor Living
We transform pool areas into complete outdoor living spaces with pergolas, kitchens, fire features, and premium furniture. Our designs integrate shade solutions, cooking stations, and entertainment elements to create functional year-round spaces. We coordinate all aspects from initial concept through material selection to final installation, ensuring cohesive aesthetics and practical usage for family gatherings and social events.
Pool Repair
Our comprehensive repair services address equipment failures, surface damage, and system inefficiencies. We service filters, pumps, heaters, and automation systems while maintaining industry certifications for safe operation. From emergency fixes to scheduled maintenance, we use energy-efficient replacement parts and industry-standard practices to ensure optimal pool performance and longevity.

We have used Pool Xperia from the day we moved to Charlotte. Doug and his crew know pools and chemicals inside and out. There isnt anything regarding a pool that Doug doesnt know about. They never try to up sell anything you do not need. I buy all the chemicals here. Its great to see a small business doing a great job and we try to give them as much business as we can.

Maytronics sent me to Pool Xperts is an authorized Maytronics repair center, I did not purchased my robot from them but Maytronics sent me to them to do a repair under warranty. Well, before I even said anything they asked if I purchased it from them, I said no, the guy told me that they can service it but will charge $50 to diagnose and labor, and will have to pay for parts until Maytronics reimburse them! I will get my money back. Maytronics clearly stated there should be no charge. Stay away from this place.

Went there with a green pool a week or so ago and Andreas helped me a lot . He was very patient and knowledgeable in regards of how to bring my pool water to its normal color step by step . They test your water for free and print out a sheet explaining how to do everything. Our pool is now crystal clear and in time for Memorial day . Thank you Poolxperts you have earned all my business.

Specialty pool is the very best pool company. They handle any size pool from installation to any maintance needed. They're top quality with reasonable prices. There are some things that you don't want to cut corners on and your pool is one of those They provide the best service yet are not overpriced. I just got a custom cover for mine and am very pleased with the quality and the price Needless to say that it's their quality of service & responsiveness that puts them on top. They supply Quality products to when they do their work, pumps, filtration equipment covers etc. I'm giving them Five Stars
