Answered our questions, gave some extra info about our furnace and ways to utilize it best and was also super sweet to our very chatty toddler (extra points for that, always).

They send a reminder email about your appointment, text you to let you know when your tech is coming and send a picture of the tech so you know who to expect. Their office worked with Northwest Natural Gas to expedite the installation as well. Their field technicians, Nate and J.R. provided a flawless installation and left the site perfectly clean.
