Did a faulty install of roof vents on our home. All four roof vents have issues, resulting in mold in our attic. It had been only 2.5 years, and we now have mold because of this. I felt he should have offered to fix it, but I was willing to do it. Did not offer to fix and said he would call me back with the part number to get it fixed. I still don't know the part number. Since I don't have the part number, now all four roof vents have to be replaced instead. What could have been a 2 hour DIY job is now a substantial project I have to hire someone for. He mentioned they do hvac for around 240

I had an absolutely atrocious experience with Andersen heating. I scheduled a meeting with their receptionist Radiah and a service tech was supposed to come out. They didn't show. No call. No show. I had the service tech's cell phone and tried to reach him several times without a response. I waited for three hours for him to show before finally leaving and heading to work. Then 2 more hours later, he shows and asks to be let in. Unacceptable. Do not use this company!
