I think this business is under new ownership. None of the guys in the pictures look like the ones that came to my house. These guys, completed the duct and vent cleaning but then told me that I needed something else done which cost me another $400 which could have been mentioned over the phone (a total bait and switch move). Meanwhile, my ducts are clean but every wall and ceiling they touched is filthy. They also broke a couple of things in my house while completing the service. They did offer to replace them but were not able to find the proper parts. Now I have to search for them. Overall I

I think they did a pretty good job. They make a strong sales pitch for the MUCH more expensive services. Also they scheduled an arrival time of 8-10am, but called at 9:40a and said they would be there at 1:00pm instead. Showed up at 1:30. Little acknowledgment that this last minute reschedule was quite inconvenient for me.
