Reached out to this vendor for the opportunity of cleaning our condos entire association. Not only are his prices higher than any of the other vendors that responded (with no issues), but when asked if there were any savings he'd pass on for multiple units service, he responded
"if you're reaching around just to get better prices I don't wanna be involved we do quality work we don't get involved with price shoppers"
I suppose that's fair. But someone with this kind of business attitude often gives one hints on their work and how they would stand behind it (or not). Of course our association went

The crew was fantastic. Professional and efficient. Two things stood out to me. 1- they talked to me with respect. A lot of people I've had come do anything on our house talk to me like I've never lifted a hammer, which these men did not. 2- it's early spring and I kept meaning to vacuum off the fan blades in my daughter's room but it just kept slipping my mind. I was super pleased when I put her to bed the night after they cleaned our ducts and saw the fan blades vacuumed! A simple step that went a long way.

Professional, thorough and knowledgeable! We do a yearly santization of our ducts and a thorough cleaning every two years. We also have a UV light on our furnace that gets changed every year! Our home is healthy and clean thanks to Gary and his crew!

Gary and his crew we're awesome! I explained my issue with the old smell from my old house, Gary fully explained on the phone, and then again in person. They worked efficiently and left with everything in order. Smell is gone and house smells fresh. Highly recommend using Ultra Clean Air - Thanks Gary!
