I just wanted you to know how pleased I am with the work done by Craig and Tom. They capped off the water heater in my furnace and set me up with an electric water heater which is quiet and clean and doesn't heat up the house in the summer. It was a difficult job which was even more tedious given the small size of the room.
So, we now have plenty of hot water due to their talent and skill. They are also very patient. They answered all my questions, even the stupid ones, and explained how the system works. Craig and Tom are the best! I must say, Craig was one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with.
I also should say this is the third time I have dealt with Raps and each time I have been impressed with the people both at the very beginning of answering the phone to the person doing the job.Raps will be the first person I call for any jobs I need done. I am very pleased with his work; he did a lot in a short time - will highly recommend Raps.

We called Raps plumbing, (not for the first time) to once again snake out our washing machine lines for tree roots blocking the line. As usual they arrived in a timely manner and could not have been nicer, more professional, or more helpful. Dan and Bob not only fixed the problem we called them for but fixed other small problems we asked about.
