In the spring of 2004, Rick Schut decided to launch his own business, Cutting Edge Lawn Care. He started with no customer base, just experience and a desire to start something of his own. In the fall of 2015, Ricks eldest son, Logan, joined Rick full-time as a partner. Rick grew up working on his family's dairy farm in Zeeland while attending high school
