They came out after following up on their phone calls, took measurements, photos, showed us samples then never heard from them again and could not even contact them by phone.

Unfortunately, after meeting with Mariam to go over the project of replacing our deck, I never got a bid or a return phone call after leaving numerous messages. Very unprofessional. Dont bother considering them for your job.

Heritage Builders NW is a company that builds with imagination and integrity. The work that they have done for us is top notch and still looks like new - even 10 years after the work was done. They are responsive, honest, professional, and worth every penny. They vet all of their sub-contractors extensively so that you can count on the finished product to be what you dreamed it would be. I highly recommend them for your next project - from a deck build to a remodel to the complete construction of your home. I love that they are a locally owned business here in the Pacific NW and that they support

Very nice people to talk to initially. First visit was very good and they had some great ideas on building our new deck. We were not in a big hurry to get the deck built this time of year, but after waiting for 2 months and still not having a bid from them we decided to look for a different contractor. Maybe we just caught them at a bad time, but their follow up was virtually non-existent as well. They seem to have difficulties with obtaining engineering services.
