CEO & Founder
Moris Sapir is the founder and CEO of Sapir Construction with 35+ years in residential construction across Washington and California. He began as a carpenters apprentice at 17 and built a reputation for quality craftsmanship, integrity, and client care. Moris keeps the team current on building science and technology to deliver kitchens, baths, additions, roofing, siding, and seismic upgrades that stand up to Northwest conditions. Outside of work he enjoys family time, travel, and community giving.

Moris and his crew were very professional and were very prompt with completing the project on time. We were very satisfied with the work, and they did a great job. As a consultant on DEI matters, I was very impressed with Sapir Construction workers who were 1st generation immigrants. The project manager, Or along with the designer, Sue was very patient with us. As an immigrant myself, it was great to see how Moris, Or and Herbert treated their workers with dignity and respect. You can really see there was mutual respect with the owners and staff. The kitchen (cabinet, counter) installers also were very prompt and respectful. The staff also kept our home clean for each day they were here. They completed the work in less time than was anticipated and with wonderful results. We were given options when they ran into issues and the responsive communication that we experienced also kept our anxiety about the project in check. They were systematic in what was to happen at each section of the project.
