My family and I had a truly pleasant experience with Sergeant Pool services. I had reached out to about half a dozen different companies seeking assistance and Dereck at Sergeant Pool Services was the first professional to contact me- he called within 24 hours (only one other company messaged me back days later and the others never even responded! Ha! I guess people don't actually want to expand and get new customers...) Dereck saved our pool! After dealing with a bad algae problem and low pump flow, Dereck came out to give us a bid for service. That bid ended up being service the next morning, followed by us being able to swim the next evening! Dereck is extremely knowledgeable about pools, as well as very honest and professional. Well definitely be calling him again for our regular maintenance needs.
