Called this company for an estimate on weekly pool cleaning services. Guy never showed up. Against my initial feelings, I asked my husband to call and reschedule. Owner came out. He didn't seem to be in the best mood. I directed him to the backyard and he took a look at the pool. Never heard from him after that. My husband called to inquire about the estimate and was told that Texas Pools doesn't clean the type of pool that we have.

I would avoid if quality and accountability matters. Service call setup days ago. Today, our service day, no call. Called in two times to ask about status of service and was hung up on by Michelle in the front office. On 3rd call, spoke with Allison, administrative manager, and was completely blown off. However, couldn't explain why we have been on the schedule with no call back. Afterwards, attempted

I have regular pool service & have had major pool repairs done, all services have been great. When I have called with a pool issue Texas Pools responds very quickly, someone is generally out to my house the same day. Everyone is very nice and very professional, I never have complaints with this company, highly recommended.
