Had a 400k BTU heater installed to replace my old broken one. The tech did a good job and there were no after install issues. The new Hayward heater works very good.

We changed pool companies because the previous pool company, that we inherited when we bought the house, wasn't addressing issues with the pool. Sweetwater is fixing all of the problems. Their maintenance personnel are trained to identify issues rather than to just clean the pool and leave. We should have changed companies much sooner!
