I used to love Herreras carpet cleaning company. Both father and son would come out and do a great job. I had an appt today, which I thought was at 1pm, which i need to postpone due to me being a new mom to a 1 month old. I called and ask if I could move appt to 2 days later and boy did the father give me a bad nasty attitude. He goes on to say my appt. was at 930am, not 1pm and that I apologized because I honestly thought it was at 1pm. He was yelling saying this was the 2nd time he came by and I didnt answer, which is a lie, I have always been in communication with him or son if I needed to move

I recommend this cleaning company. My first experience with a company and I will use them again . I called got a quick response. They came completed the work within a timely manner. We were so impressed !!!! The floor is clean and looks so good. Last thing my husband is very picky and he was even impressed and glad I called.
