I found this company on Yelp and with their impeccable reviews I decided to call. Lucky for me they had a cancellation the next day and offered me the appointment. They came on time , clearly explained the process ,and calculated the price before they started. They thoroughly cleaned 3 rugs and 1 large custom L- shaped couch with ease, battling tough pet stains.All my items were cleaned perfectly.
I should note the 2 men who came were friendly, communicated clearly and went above and beyond, only caveat was they didnt wear masks. Im sure if I had asked they would have complied. I highly recommend

Ken and his team were amazing. Ken was extremely responsive and able to get me an appointment to clean my sectional sofa which very badly needed cleaning. His team was professional and explained the cleaning they would do and how much it would cost. There were no hidden fees or upsells - something I very much appreciate after experiences with cleaners who would quote you one thing, then get in the door, and the cost would all of a sudden be double or triple their initial quote. I would highly recommend Karma Carpet Cleaning and will definitely be using them in the future.
