Mark is a genius and he went above and beyond to help us get our Hayward Omnilogic pool controller up and running! We moved to Kershaw County a couple months ago and none of the pool companies in the area had a clue how to approach the control panel on the pool at our new home. We finally reached out to Hayward and they gave us Mark's number. Mark was able to walk us through the fix in less than 30 minutes! Thank you, Mark, for such a great experience. So grateful!

Although Clearwater didn't actually do this repair for me (they have worked for me in the past), I wanted to say how pleased I was with the response I received. I called on a Thursday morning to say that I had an urgent pool repair (replace pump seal) and called 15 different companies. Angie, with Clearwater was very quick to respond to my request. She was knowledgeable and friendly when she answered the phone. She was honest and said she wasn't sure they could get to it this week but would check. I sent her pictures of my equipment and she said she would do her best. The service technician called

Anyone with a pool knows, it's hard to find a dependable company that can tackle the technical stuff when it goes wrong with your pool. The Clearwater folks, Danny, Mark, Keith, they are the ONLY pool service company in our area that helped us fix 2 issues we've had with our spa and our lights. Fixes we couldn't even get Hayward to help us address since the build was complete on our pool 4 years ago!!! They are no frills and communication was a bit spotty (which is the only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars), but they stand by their work, no BS and get the job done. I'm so grateful to have found trusted

I have used Clearwater for years . They continually improve their service. New pool liner just installed . Fit perfect and install was done to perfection. Repaired any divots on pool bottom and padded sides before placing liner. Office staff is friendly and helpful.
