Both Mike and Madonna have serviced my cranky fridge, and I can't say enough about the personal service I get. Madonna literally remembers every single customer she's ever had! And I love that they try to save you money if they can fix a part instead of replacing it or the entire appliance. They take the time to educate you on how to take care of your appliances too.

It's so rare to find a family-owned business that has been around this long, and really cares about their customers. I so appreciate it! Fan for life. I was looking for an inexpensive mini freezer yesterday. They didn't have it and could simply have said that. The owner went the extra mile to remember where he had seen it on sale this week and let me know, That was going the extra mile to just be a kind and thoughtful business owner!
