Keith is great! We recently moved into the area and had t had a pool on over 10 years. We made an appointment on May 7, 2021 for Orientation on Our Pool Equipment for today May 25, 2021 and they flaked out in us and they stated they were too busy! How Unprofessional when they were contracted with Our landscaper to maintain our Brand New Swimming Pool for 30 days then to orient us on the pool equipment as well as assist us in setting up our wireless pool equipment. We are brand New in having a Pool and was informed by our landscaper company whom built our pool that after 30 days of Maintenance with Dennett Pool Service they would orientate us with the equipment. I was so happy with the quick response and service from Dennett Pool. I had a different company that was supposed to install a salt generator and they just plain didn't show up.
