First, we lower the water about 6-8 inches below the tile. Then, we clean the tile using environmentally-safe media which are sprayed on the tile at a low air pressure. The calcium buildup is removed, leaving the tile surface clear of calcium again without damage. Our process has a built-in recovery system, so as we are cleaning the tile, the media and calcium are vacuumed up as we go.
