Unfair pricing. Charged $195 to un jam a sink garbage disposal. It took him about 2-3 minutes and he charged $195 for it. Told me thats what he has to charge to keep the doors open.
Polite guy but will never use his services again or recommend him to anyone because of his pricing practices.

When our water heater kicked the bucket, we called James to replace it. Not only did he remove and replace it, but fixed some additional safety related items, as well as a leaking water valve for the house cutoff. Professional and prompt service. Will definitely call again.
