The response time was great when I call abacus the service tech that came out knew his business. What he was doing he found the problem, the part was not available he had the part within 48 hours came in and replaced the part, less than an hour it was the heating unit in the Attic. The blower had gone out he spoke very knowledgeable about what he had done and what he was going to do great service no complaint will continue to use them in the future.

The technician was wonderful and beyond nice.
Abacus however charges absurd prices and wont give you a quote over the phone for simple tasks in hopes that by the time you wait all day for them to show up you feel obligated to use them. They wanted ~$700 to hang 3 light fixtures, the items alone didnt even cost that much.
Dont waste your time, they care about your $$ and thats it. Shocked anyone would ever be a returning customer.
