And he is an Office Manager, in addition to being the person most likely to answer the phone when you call and greet you as you enter our office, is in charge of scheduling appointments, and coordinates submission of our insurance claims.

THE best, best, best! When my previous hearing aids from a big warehouse store broke and they needed two weeks to repair (under warranty), I panicked. As a salesman listening is my most important skill so I needed a quick solution. A co-worker highly recommended Hearing Masters so I decided to give them a shot. Deborah and James were wonderful. James fitted me with a loaner pair of hearing aids on a Saturday morning and I decided I needed a back-up set of hearing aids. There was no pressure, just great service. I want to thank David and James Steele for providing my mom with outstanding customer service, from being able to set up an appointment based on my mothers availability, to the excellent job that was performed on her hearing aids. Not only do they provide you with great customer service, but have great prices and are very honest (you don’t find that in any place now days); she has been through several audiologists since she was diagnosed with otosclerosis 20 yrs ago and she is feeling blessed than ever with these gentleman’s services.

Located really close to my place of business, I decided to give them a try when I had a hearing aid emergency. Turned out it was mostly user error however they informed me about it and didn't make me feel dumb in the process (I did that all on my own, ugh!)
Consequently, I had another hearing aid emergency recently and based on my previous experience, picked them to help me again. Mr. Steele is outstanding. I was helping my father get Hearing Aids and we started with an ENT Doctor's office in Mesquite. Oh my. Awful experience. Pushed through like cattle. Go to one bench and wait 30 minutes. Then transferred to another and waited another 15. Then called into a small room with a "saleslady" doctor. She was fast talking and had us frustrated and ready to just forget it. But I did some research. Found Hearing Masters. Read reviews. Then took my dad to meet with them. Totally different "Oh my." James treated my dad like he was his dad.
