Mandalay Hearing Aid Center

I grew up in the hearing care industry my entire life. My mother and father opened their own hearing aid clinic when I was only 3 years old. Even before that they had already been in the business for many years. In 1993 when they first opened their doors, they had a process that was very unique. They began to manufacture their very own brand of hearing aids while you wait in less than an hour.

In todays world, when you want a custom hearing aid, you have to wait 7-10 days to get it built and back from the manufacture. They used to advertise 1-Hour Hearing Aids, build them while you wait. Today the hearing aid industry has surpassed what my parents small practice could compete with. That doesn't matter because our joy comes from helping people directly with a 1-on-1 experience.

Witnessing for yourself as you help improve people's lives on a daily basis can't compete with anything else in the world. I remember when my dad and I would go to Valley View Mall in North Dallas early in the morning and hand out free hearing aid batteries and business cards to the people walking around the mall who were wearing hearing aids.
