Office staff is courteous and helpful, and they had a technician at my house about an hour after calling for service(!!!). The technician provided clear, concise explanation of the problem, offered options, and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. A great experience from start to finish, and I will definitely use and recommend Advanced Heating & Cooling in the future.

We had a technician out to our house to look at our furnace because it wouldn't turn on. The technician was very nice and informative of what was wrong. he explained we had damage to our inducer assembly (way out of my understanding). He explained what exactly it was and showed me the issue. He had to replace the part. I felt very comfortable with the work being done and was extremely pleased with his professionalism as well as explaining the issue in a way I would understand what could happen if not being repaired. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for all our furnace

I can't say enough positive things about Advance Heating and Cooling. We are "members" and use them for regular tuneups for our AC and HVAC. They are always thorough and give us options if anything needs repaired (but they have never tried to push unnecessary repairs). When we moved to a new home, Advance Heating and Cooling replaced 2 AC units and an HVAC, installed a Daikin mini split, removed the old ductwork and installed new ductwork in the attic, and added smart thermostats. It was a beast of a job, due to it being an older home and work needing completed in the crawl space and attic. Shawn

Shawn was amazing. Checked everything he could to rule it out but eventually replaced the thermostat. Answered all of many questions and even spent extra time to check all of my electrical connections. He also corrected a light switch that was improperly installed. Above and beyond. Thanks Shawn!

Wanted a furnace maintenance done on my system. Called Advance and had someone out there the next day. They did a fantastic job and were really thorough. I signed up for the club membership so i can get my AC maintenance done in spring. The technician was very polite. Definitely glad i called.
