We could not be happier with the service we received. Richard and Zach were on time, clean and professional and fast! We really appreciate the great job they did. Our first contact with the company was Jacob, who was also very helpful and professional. Happy to recommend Pickerington Heating & Cooling.

WOW! Pickerington Heating & Cooling went above and beyond to resolve the issue with my furnace. They were extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They came out the same day that I called, went out of their way to get the parts, and installed the new gasket so that I would have heat for Christmas Eve! Bravo!

My heat failed overnight. I called at 8:10am on a Saturday morning and was back in heat by 10:30am that day. My tech, Jacob was on point with the repair and explained everything that I needed to know about what went wrong. He gave me a good assessment on my unit as well. I do some diy repairs but I would recommend this company as a first choice to save time, money and the peace of mind of having it done right in December temperatures.
