I have a home for sale. A lady contacted me, that represented herself as a buyer with a pre-approved loan. I was almost finished showing her the house when she told me she is a real estate agent, and trying to get us to list with her. Highly unethical!!

Called up one of the contractors to make an appointment. Took off work to meet. He was a no show no call. When I called he said he got tied up so we set another time same thing no call no show. When I called him same answer he got tied up. Told me he would call later to set up a time. Never heard from him.
