Zachary holds a Bachelor's Degree in business management from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania. He then became a certified Hearing Aid Dispenser through the test for certification at Rutgers University in New Jersey in 2010. He has met both Arizona state and national requirements of credentialing for providing healthcare to people with hearing loss.

Total Hearing Care will come to your home to conduct a hearing evaluation or to service your hearing aids. Please let us know if you are unable to travel to the office and we will arrange for a Home Visit. Total Hearing Care will visit your nursing home or assisted living community to test and service individuals or present to a group.

Over my more than 20 years of wearing hearing aids and having them serviced or replaced by hearing specialists, I found Zachary and Total Hearing Care to be the best. I recently purchased a set of blue tooth capable aids with rechargeable batteries; while they worked great, I found the battery life did not fit with my lifestyle; much streaming and blue tooth sound use. Zachary worked with the manufacturer and I was able to switch to regular
battery model with the same great performance..

Went to 2 other places for hearing aides, Total Hearing Care was the third and by far the best. Zach took time to review my hearing tests, fit me with
the correct aides, When I went in the second time to pick them up, time was
taken explaining the product. Zach and the staff are the most friendly and courteous people, attending to all your needs. I'm so glad I found them and

admit that I had one, I learned thru embarasing situations that I was
missing important information and finally gave in.

Tanque Verde and N.Sabino Rd. appeared nrext to the shopI was
headed for...I spotted FREE HEARING TEST.and I said WHY NOT.
Needless to say...I trotted in,had the test...was enlightened thru

Zack left his job selling hearing aids with one of the big well-known hearing aid sellers because he wanted to provide personal, always-available service rather than working with patients only when he was at a particular office on an assigned day. I have returned to him many times even on the weekend to have my hearing aid adjusted. His service is exceptional and has helped me to stick with using my hearing aid. I did not have this dependable service when I using my first hearing aid 5 years ago. He has made a huge difference in my success with my hearing aids!

I went to Total hearing care for an evaluation and was pleasantly surprised with the care I was given. Zachary Smith was very knowledgeable about the hearing aids and took the time to go over all the possibilities with me since I require them now. I was anxious about them but Zak took the time to get me into the right ones. The hearing evaluation is free and prices of hearing aids was fair..The receptionist was very professional and sweet. Her name is Sherry.. I highly recommend Total hearing center.
