Hearing Loss
Report
Hearing loss is defined as the partial or complete inability to hear. This condition interferes with your ability to hear the full spectrum of sound that one would with normal hearing. Most cases of hearing loss are permanent, but the use of hearing aids restores many of the sounds that one loses with hearing loss.

My dad went to get new hearing aids. Dori was very nice and helpful to my 81 year old parents. Jill the owner/main person was rude, ignored them initially and not very helpful at all once she even acknowledged them being their waiting. Was on the phone several times while they were there and badmouthed Ambetter insurance and my dads insurance company saying she knew more about what the insurance companies would pay and not pay. Jill said Ambetter would not cover his hearing aids and he would have to pay over $1400 out of pocket. After the rudeness, my parents and sister left, called dads insurance
