If you are thinking of having a pool built- do it. Best decision ever. We are so happy we hired Bella Blue to build our new pool! They were great from start to finish- Mario takes really good care of his clients, and prides himself and his business on the satisfaction of his customers. Mario goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right, even if it is not always easy. Our pool was completed on time, and given the current shortage of supplies, we found that to be pretty impressive. In 60 days, we went from an average looking backyard, to a pristine, poolside oasis. A POOL TECHNITION HIT A SAMARITAN IN LA QUINTA IN FRONT OF A SCHOOL, AND THE WITNESS WERE PARENT ,TEACHERS AND CHILDREN, THE WOMAN WAS DROPPING HER CHILD OFF AT SCHOOL, THE TECHNITION IN THE WORK TRUCK TITLED BELLA BLUE WATER, SPED OFF AND LEFT THE WOMAN THERE, SHE FOLLOWED HIM AFTER HE REAR ENDED AND SMASHED HER CAR AND THE WORK VEHICLE. I had Bella Blue Water for over 2 years on two houses. The pool was never cleaned in my opinion they spilled tons of chemicals around my decking which caused the concrete to erode. The service man literally had a 12 to 13 year old boy with him cleaning my pool. They nickel and dime you for fees and then have the audacity to send you a price increase while a day later saying expect your pool to possibly turn green from chemical shortages. This company is a complete joke. I hired a new service provider, saved $600 a year and my pool is looking gorgeous. BAD BAD BAD and stay away if you want to protect

I chose Bella Blue Water 8 years ago because of the reviews on this website and was very happy with the service. I did have the pool tile sandblasted about two years ago and the result was amazing. Contrarily, I had it done again this month and the white shadows of the deposits are still apparent. I talked to Marko about it who informed that the blasting deteriorates the time when it is done - for now I accept this answer although tedious work with a pumice stone removes more of it after the service. Having read other reviews lately, I too have not seen the tile brushed at every service as it

We just had Bella Blue Water complete a major renovation and expansion of our pool. Mario, his office manager (Erika), project manager (Marco), and tiling team (Horatio) were all nothing short of a pleasure to work with and I can honestly say I was NEVER frustrated with him or his team. That is unheard of on a major renovation project in my experience. What I want in a company is ...a lot. However, I think that is what most want... good communication, honesty, reliability, timeliness, efficiency, cleanliness, proactive nature, detail-oriented, no hidden fees...AND a beautiful result.
