Sent a message through the website on a Saturday morning and got a fast & quick reply. Josh worked with my schedule and was able to come out same day, on a weekend, to help me solve a problem with my above ground hot tub. 10/10 would recommend and 100% would hire him again.

Josh responded to my message the same day. Josh came to my house and did a great job with my above ground spa. He was running a little late, but he text me that he was on my way. Josh drained and cleaned my spa. I appreciated it that he drained the water further away from the patio in my backyard. I told him this would be a one time service because we were getting the spa ready for the new homeowners. Josh didn't charge me for the service. If we were staying in the area, I would have use Josh to service my spa on a regular basis.

I can't say enough good things about Hi-Desert Pools & Spa! This company has always been very responsive and professional. The first time I reached out to them, they came to my house that afternoon! I have recommended him to neighbors that needed pool service as well. He does an excellent job and is so informative and doesn't mind answering all of my questions.

Positive:Professionalism
Very honest. He was upfront and didnt think he could fix my problem, and recommended me to someone that he thought could. Busier than a one man band, however.

I called Hi-Desert because I was having trouble with a hot tube that I had built. Joshua came to my house. he was so professional he called to inform me he was on the way, if okay, and was actually sooner than the scheduled time. He studied my system thoroughly and then in layman terms explained how I could correct some issues with it. He recommended I try the fixes, if I wanted to, and then call him if there was further problems. I was very impressed with his willingness to help and he did not want to be paid for his time and help. He felt I could correct the issues. I have total respect and appreciation
