We bought the house a year and a half ago. We hired Kuhns Precision pools, also known as KP Pool's. This is the first time we ever owned a pool. Our week to week service person was fantastic. The problem with the company is the owner. Anytime we asked a question, the owner, Tim, treated us like we were second class citizens. He went so far as to call us liars when we expressed our displeasure! When we first initiated contact with KP Pool's we asked how much it would be to repair and maintain the pool. We also got a quote for completely redoing the system and resurfacing the pool.

Very satisfied! Pool pump quit working, sent out for quotes here on help. They responded immediately and even came out on the end because they harkened to be in the area. Turned out not to be a simple fix so they didn't charge a visit fee. I scheduled for a replacement pump, they were done with the installation in two days. Great communication, fair prices, you won't be disappointed with them ( just that you had to spend money to fix something! ).

I must say that KP Pools does an excellent job with pool maintenance of all varieties including the occasional repair. Their representatives are responsive and nice to work with. I highly recommend their services.
