I would appreciate if all the facts stated are correct. Yes you cleaned the filter for an additional charge and yes i was having issues with the salt balance , which was the reason why i hired someone professional thinking it was you. After the filters were cleaned it a while for the pool to turn green. However it happened when you were on payroll, which to me defeated the point of paying someone and still having this problem.and like i said i still didnt get mad but I questioned to why and if you were checking the levels each week . Thats when you mention to me that you dont check not even

Was in the process of contracting this Character, however after speaking with him then setting an appointment, he decided to cancel, this after telling me he'd be here within a certain time. The excuse of being tied up, and only working this area .& on certain days didn't fly with me. I waited for this person over an hour.

I used this company to clean my pool filters, drain the pool 3/4 down and to add and adjust the new chemicals $300 because of the cya levels. The work was done by his son, and it was not done properly. I took water samples into the local pool store to have them tested and the levels where still high, the filter cleaning was not done properly and he did not wash and brush down the walls of the pool. Called and text the owner the results he came out with his test strip kit tested the water and left said everything would be fine and left. Not once did he try to correct the problem and make things
