Omar checked the furnace, all the vents, changed the filters, and made notes and took pictues of all the components in the attic. Micheal was the man that came out to help us and he did an amazing job and was very professional and very helpful. We will be recommending this company to our friends and family!

We have a central air conditioning unit in our home with the outside unit on the side of the house. The problem we have is that there is always a lot of water exiting the pipe that is attached to the unit itself. In the area where the water is leaking, all the grass has died. Any idea how I can solve this issue?.

Did you clean the socket where the thermocouple connected when you did the replacement? If not, you should see if that helps. Make sure all connections are tight, and you should clean the pilot tube assembly as well. Dirt and spider nest could be blocking the tubes. If there is a blockage, the flame may be big enough to keep the thermocouple warm which will lead to the pilot going out.
