The first person who came out had some difficulty getting the job done and they sent out another person who took care of our problem very professional and through. They called the next day to follow up on their work and I was very pleased that they satisfied us and we would highly recommend them if you want the problem resolved fast and professional. We will always use them for other needs and advice.

Dont use the online appointment tool on the weekend! No one will answer! That should me
Will let you know how the service is if someone calls me back to open my drain. Stars may change depending upon reactions. To follow up. I was able to contact the manager, let him know about the appointment tool not working on the weekend, and schedule service. He told me that they were 2-3 hours out. What can you do? Get this!!! 10 minutes later , I get a call and the tech is 5 minutes away!! Half hour later, drain is clear and life is good!! Thanks Rapid Rooter!

During the Memorial Day Weekend, we found that our hot water heater was leaking. NICKOLAS installed a new 50 gallon Bradford. Upon doing so, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND his scope of duties. The first one was damaged, therefore he promptly went to get a new one. He installed ALL NEW straps, hoses, drip pan, etc. We previously had a negative experience with Rapid Rooter involving the KITEC, but NICKOLAS has renewed our faith. I HIGHLY SUGGEST HIM TO ANYONE
