Garage Floor Coatings

Our hybrid polyurea-polyaspartic garage floor coatings provide unmatched durability against Michigan's weather extremes. The two-layer system resists cracking from temperature swings between -30F and 105F while maintaining UV stability. Decorative flake options create custom aesthetics that won't yellow or chalk like traditional epoxy.

Basement Floor Solutions

Transform damp basement floors with our moisture-resistant coating system that installs in one day. The antimicrobial formula prevents mold growth while creating a slip-resistant surface that withstands heavy foot traffic. Available with lifetime residential warranty for long-term protection against peeling and staining.

Outdoor Coatings

Engineered for Michigan's climate, our UV-stable outdoor coatings resist fading and cracking through freeze-thaw cycles. The non-porous surface repels oil stains and road salt damage while offering customizable traction levels from 16 to 36 grit. Ideal for patios, driveways, and pool decks.

Commercial Flooring

We install OSHA-compliant flooring systems for warehouses, retail spaces, and manufacturing facilities. Options include chemical-resistant polyurea coatings, USDA-approved urethane cement, and energy-efficient polished concrete. Our commercial clients receive priority scheduling and volume discounts for large-scale projects.

Color Options

Choose from 16 premium color combinations including Autumn Brown, Mediterranean Blue, and Stone Silver. Our technicians bring physical samples to help select the perfect shade that complements your space. The UV-stable pigments maintain vibrant appearance for decades without fading.

My new basement floor is the best. They were on time, professional, nice and clean. The process is quite odorous so don't schedule it indoors unless it's warm enough to leave all your windows open.

I had my garage and pole barn covered by Motor City, their salesman Ryan was very professional and respectful. Their workers were very respectful and professional, they worked from the time they got to my house, until they were finished, just took an hour for lunch. The foremans name is Dallas, and couldnt ask for a more respectful person, answered all my questions (even the dumb ones) and took his time and did a very professional job. I would certainly recommend Motor City to anyone. Don Stanfill

Amazing product! Amazing job!!
MotorCity Floors and Coatings applied the newest polymer coating to our patios. Gorgeous! They look like terrazzo and will look this way for the life of the guarantee! Strong, impenetrable, and NO maintenance (except for general cleaning) for 15 years!! Our experience was great right from the get-go! Joe and his crew were so hard-working, friendly, knowledgeable, on-time and left us with 2 gorgeous patios!! Remember the hottest most humid day in August? Well, thats the day the guys came to remove 600 sqft of porcelain tile from our concrete patio and prepare it

I would like to recognize Dallas for his outstanding work ethic and positive attitude. Our turnout gear washroom and utility trailer floors at the Graafschap Fire Department were scheduled to be coated on 10/5/2021, when the crews arrived at 8:00am it was Dallas by himself. His co-workers called in sick that day but Dallas showed up anyway. He could have made excuses and re-scheduled but he completed the entire job by himself. Whenever I have seen him he always has an amazing attitude and does whatever it takes to ensure the job is completed to the highest standards. I believe he was on site the

If your looking for a truly great looking floor, this the company you want to use. I'm pretty particular and these guys did a great job from start to finish in one day. Ask for Dallas, this guy is one of the best. His crew see's that everything is done right and the garage was spotless when they were done. Ryan matched the color I was looking for spot on. It looks fantastic. Quality work all the way around.
