Incredible customer service from the ladies in the office, Cassidy and Gertrude are wonderful to work with. Gertrude has helped me work through a project for one of our clients from start to finish and has provided me with incredible customer service even after I have received my order. I called the customer service line to get some information and she called me back immediately after my call was missed. She's fantastic and has answered many many many of my questions, thank you.

From the Forest is a class-act from the products they offer, to their staff, and customer support. I have gotten such nice compliments on my new floors! Also, I can attest to their scratch resistance! I have an active German Shepherd who runs around and plays on these floors, and theres absolutely no sign of scratches, dings, dents or anything on them. Fabulous product & company- highly recommend!
