Both Josh and Tom were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. They explained everything to me and allowed me to watch and learn. Existing gas FHA furnace 19 years old blowing just cold air. AC unit same age had non compatible coolant. Prior problems with both units thought best to replace due to age and efficiency. Called some companies and checked reviews. Some companies week or so behind on work. Joyce Cooling & Heating owner came out same day. Several options quoted with full explanation features and benefits. No hard sell or attempt to overly upsell. Prices quoted same day seemed in line. Five rating for Josh and Tom. They came to house today after our furnace wouldnt kick on and stay on. They explained the situation, were very nice and replaced our thermostat. We felt they were very trustworthy and the did quality work! Initially we couldnt get an appointment for today, however we received a call letting us know they could come today. We highly recommend them and this company.

When I called, a first time customer, Joyce Cooling & Heating made an appointment with me really soon, even though it's their busy time of year. Allan came early in the day as scheduled, knew exactly what the problem was, and was extremely courteous while working. I was impressed at how thorough and knowledgeable Allan was, too---he solved the problem quickly and efficiently, with attention to detail. I highly recommend their ultra-professional service---very reasonable rates, too!

These guys are always very kind and respectful anytime they have made a visit for me. They are even careful not to let my kitten out the front door! They always arrive on time or early and work very professionally to get the job done the right way. It's always a pleasure to have them help with service requests and I was very lucky they came the next day to help with my heating issue! Very glad we went with this company to install and maintain our heating system!
