CM3 is by far one of the most Experienced, Elite construction groups out here. I have now worked with Cody and his team for over 12 years. I can’t express enough how professional and on time this Group is. We all have that recommendation guy we go to . I have been in the industry for 24 years now and know a great company when I see it. They have… done small repairs to 32 story high rise (big boy scopes) jobs to the most up front professional industry standards out there. If your in the market for any construction needs,,,, from a roof to a small paint job, this is the one you need

Cody Miller, who is president of the company, was always on the job site checking in with us to make sure everything was good. Their crews are really good. They found a leak that we didn’t even know we had. The roof was completed in one day and they did our interior, which took only two days. All that work, including fence and Gutters, was finished in 5 days. Great customer service. Definitely recommend CM3

Leaving one star, not because I have used this Group, but not sure I want to. I am part of the area that was hit by hail in June. I have ALREADY had my roof replaced and I have my roofers sign in my yard still!! Yet i continue getting flyers from this group.... My thing is... If you can't look at my roof and tell it's a new roof, then I'm not sure I want to do business with you!!

My grandfather just had his roof completed this summer and loved the job done by CM3 Construction. The owner of the company saw to it that when work was completed the site was left clean and material free. One of the main things my grandfather and I loved about CM3 was that you don't pay until all work is completed and were 100% satisfied. 10/10 would recommend to other homeowners.

A hail storm hit our house and many others in the area. Everyday after the storm there would be a knock at the door or a flyer on the doorstep from a roofing contractor. I waited until all the houses around ours had their roofs replaced. I liked my neighbors roof the best and asked him who replaced his roof. He mentioned CM3 construction group and gave me Daniel Orellanas card. I called Daniel and we were able to work out a contract. He was very professional and honest. The roof has been replaced and I am impressed with the results. His team completed it in nearly one day and did a very good

I am from McKinney and had hail this past spring. After having my claim back from insurance, I contacted couple of contractors. Out of all I felt confident with Daniel Orellana from Cm3 construction. He was honest, explained the process well and took care of all details on the job. Roof, gutters and fence now looks good. Would recommend them any time!

Cody helped us with our storm damage from start to finish. He found all the hidden storm damage, and he negotiated tirelessly with the insurance company to make sure we got what our policy said we should get. Then, when in came time to do the repairs, CM3 did a fantastic job! we basically got an entire new exterior of our home. CM3 was fabulous. They were so good, when my parents' house was damaged, i made sure that they called Cody at CM3. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.
