Having to schedule foundation repair work is scary! Pinnacle took away all of our anxieties and fears. The work crew was beyond professional. Each time I spoke with anyone in the office, they were beyond friendly and never assuming. The story that lead to the foundation of Pinnacle Foundation Repair started about 60 years ago when Robert Wade Brown, a structural engineer from Dallas, Texas, founded a foundation repair company in 1963.

The homeowner was experiencing dips and humps in their flooring, sticking doors, cracking sheeting, rotating brick walls, obvious sloping, and they hired a structural engineer to come out to determine a solution. After the homeowner emailed us the engineer report, we wanted to conduct our own inspection to verify the engineer's findings, and we identified quite the contrary.

A commercial property management company noticed a separation between tilt wall panels, and the leave out tied into the panel was sloping toward the exterior wall in this area. After doing a comprehensive assessment, it was determined that a section of the tilt wall had sunk 2. This part of Dallas doesn't have any trace of bedrock for at least the first 50' deep from grade level, and the builder piers are often only 20-25' deep.
