They have been prompt and reliable 99% of the time. (Hey , nobody's perfect!). They've vent a tech the same day as problems were reported and Claudio corrected the pool. I would recommend Aquabuddy without hesitation.

Worst pool service ever. They rarely show up. It's Friday evening and they have not come this week.
Further, I have an elderly roommate. They conned him into a new filter cartridge and gasket that didn't need to be replaced which I only found out about when I received the bill for $125.
Thieves and crooks. I've complained many times. Going to find a new company.

Hired Aqua Buddy several months ago. The first month they were Ok, but then he started skipping days. I would call a few days later when the pool started to turn green, and they would insist that he had been there, but he had not. I'm retired and home all day. He would tell me that he was sending someone right out, but it would take several days and repeated phone calls. The last time he was here was on Tuesday. Two guys came to clean the pool, and it was starting to turn green when they arrived. two days later the pool is still green and getting worse. I called today to complain, and was
